This webinar will help you understand the emotional impact of living with a food allergy. Then, it will teach you how to develop an Emotional Safety Plan to help you prepare for and reduce that impact.

Speaker: Jeanne Herzog, PhD

Anxiety, [ang-zahy-i-tee], noun, plural anxieties. "A feeling of worry or unease about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome . . . an abnormal and overwhelming sense of apprehension and fear often marked by physiological signs, by doubt concerning the reality and nature of the threat, and by self-doubt and one's capacity to cope with it." Sound familiar? A little bit of anxiety keeps us on our toes; too much knocks us down. This webinar will help you understand the emotional impact of living with a food allergy. Then, it will teach you how to develop an Emotional Safety Plan to help you prepare for and reduce that impact.
