Feasting With FARE: Sprinkle Cookies

Ingredients

• ¾ cup butter*
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 egg and 1 yolk*
• 1 tsp. vanilla 
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• ½ tsp. salt
• 1 packet pudding (3.5 oz.)
• 2 cups flour*
• ½ cup sprinkles

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 and prepare a cookie sheet. 
2. Beat together butter and sugar until evenly mixed. 
3. Mix in egg, baking soda, vanilla, and salt. 
4. Add in the pudding mix and mix thoroughly. 
5. Add in flour and sprinkles. 
6. Bake for 6-9 minutes!
