Who Is Responsible?

We Are All Responsible.

That means we have the power! The power to:

  • Educate that food allergy is a disease.
  • Ensure every food allergy patient needs to be ready to act and should carry epinephrine with them.
  • Give first responders and law enforcement the tools to be ready to act as well.
  • Change bullying laws.
  • Help the legal system understand that food can be weaponized.

A World Unaware...When Every Bite Matters (Trailer)

A World Unaware: When Every Bite Matters reveals the reality of food allergy as a disease of the immune system—not just the medical risk, but the stigma, the isolation, and the lives forever changed by it. Through the voices of those who have lost, those who have fought, and those leading a movement for recognition, this documentary brings to light a health crisis hidden in plain sight. Meet the people working to change that.

This trailer debuted in March 2025 at the AmDocs Film Festival

We intend to make certain that food allergy and those impacted get the visibility needed to advance a reality where no more patients have to live in a world unaware.
