Feasting With FARE: Pancakes

Nothing stacks up to these delicious top-9 free pancakes courtesy of Dr. Reneé and Chef Alycia!


  • 1 1/2  cups teff flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 3 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp. agave nectar (light)
  • 3 ripe bananas mashed (or whatever fruit/vegetable you want to add: pumpkin, sweet potato, etc.)


  1. Mix all the dry ingredients and then add all the wet ingredients.
  2. Drop by 1/4 cup onto griddle makes 14 pancakes.
  3. ENJOY!!
