Feasting With FARE: Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread
Nothing says fall like pumpkin, and this warm treat will quickly become a new fall favorite.
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- ½ cup oil
- 2 eggs*
- 8 oz. pumpkin
- ⅓ cup water
- 1 ¾ cup flour*
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)

- Mix together sugar and oil, then add one egg at a time.
- Combine remaining ingredients in the same bowl and mix well.
- Prepare a loaf pan and bake for one hour at 350 degrees. Let cool and enjoy!
