Feasting With FARE: Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

Nothing says fall like pumpkin, and this warm treat will quickly become a new fall favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • ½ cup oil 
  • 2 eggs*
  • 8 oz. pumpkin
  • ⅓ cup water
  • 1 ¾ cup flour*
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix together sugar and oil, then add one egg at a time.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in the same bowl and mix well. 
  3. Prepare a loaf pan and bake for one hour at 350 degrees. Let cool and enjoy!
