The Summit’s agenda will kick off the afternoon of October 18 with a welcome address and evening social events for adults and teens. The October 19 sessions will focus on a wide range of topics including microbiome, immunotherapy, food allergy management in schools, traveling with food allergies, alpha-gal syndrome, disordered eating, psychosocial impact of food allergies, health equity, food allergy and the law, and others.
