FARE Neighborhoods Day
Washington, D.C. | October 30-31, 2025
Celebrating Our Collective Wins!
We are ensuring the best outcomes for all neighborhoods through building community support and partnership for those affected by food allergy!
FARE Neighborhoods Day will bring together over 75 participants from across the country, including patients, caregivers, researchers, dietitians, community health workers, and local organizations.
We gather to celebrate our ability to make positive progress and impact for individuals and families managing and preventing food allergy across differing cultures and nutritional needs, regardless of access levels, and to strategize ways to continue the momentum.

We’ve hit a milestone: 10,932 FARE Neighborhoods community members educated on food allergy since 2023, plus increases in allergist visits and epinephrine access.

About FARE Neighborhoods Day
FARE Neighborhoods Day reinforces the power of local ecosystems in driving national change. With momentum building, the FARE Neighborhoods Initiative (FNI) is poised to expand its reach and deepen impact across new cities in 2026.
In 2024, FNI commissioned a painting by Washington, DC, artist Luis Del Valle, which symbolizes the hope and resilience of the FARE Neighborhoods Initiative. (Seen at right: Luis Del Valle with Elizabeth Bradford, FARE’s Assistant Director of Community Health & Analysis.)
LEARN MORE ABOUT FNI
The sharing of ideas and initiatives with a diverse group of speakers was transformative. I gained more knowledge about food allergy disease and the complexities around food insecurity and food allergy in my community.
