Research Program Specialist

The Research Program Specialist will be responsible for supporting multiple strategic programs that are outlined in FARE’s 5-year strategic plan.  This person will be an integral team member and will be expected to play multiple different roles to help support execution of the strategic plan.  The Research Program Specialist will also support the on-going development, tracking and implementation of the broader FARE research strategy which will be updated on an annual to semi-annual basis.

This position is responsible for coordinating operational and administrative activities in support of FARE’s research initiatives.  The incumbent will utilize a considerable amount of independent initiative and judgment, responding in a timely manner to a diverse array of stakeholders and exercising a high level of business acumen, problem solving, and analytic ability. The Research Program Specialist will assist with process development and improvement for all administrative operations. This position will report directly to the Senior Director of Program Management (Research & Innovation).
