Development and Mission Integration Manager
The Development and Mission Integration Manager supports the execution of FARE’s individual giving, Development communications, events, grants, and broader fundraising and engagement initiatives. Working closely with the Mission Integration & Engagement Strategic Lead, the Manager plays a central project-management and implementation role across annual giving campaigns, donor communications and stewardship, signature events, digital fundraising, peer-to-peer and workplace giving, and institutional fundraising activities.
The position helps translate FARE’s mission and impact into meaningful opportunities for donors, partners, and constituents to engage with and support the organization. The Manager works across Development, Marketing and Communications, Digital, Development Operations, and FARE’s mission programs to keep fundraising and engagement initiatives organized, coordinated, and moving forward.
This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role requiring strong writing, project-management, organizational, and communication skills. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and interested in developing broad experience across nonprofit fundraising and mission advancement.
Salary is $91,000.
