As FARE’s Operations IT Administrator, Jacklin is responsible for providing comprehensive operations and IT support to ensure the effective and efficient functioning of all FARE offices locations. Her role includes overseeing day-to-day office management, supporting IT systems, and collaborating with the operations team to develop and implement key organizational structures and procedures. She also serves as the primary liaison for outsourced service providers.
Jacklin brings over 15 years of experience in office management and administration support, with expertise in streamlining processes and integrating technology solutions to enhance operations. A native of West Virginia, Jacklin holds a degree in Hospitality. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
