Erilisa is a seasoned executive assistant who comes to FARE with more than 11 years of experience providing high-level administrative and operational support to C-suite executives. Recognized for her discretion, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills she has a proven track record of managing complex calendars and optimizing executive workflow. In her most current role at Adams Loving Heart Healthcare, she provided project management support to the CEO of a growing healthcare organization. She led cross-functional initiatives that streamline workflows, strengthen compliance, and enhance organizational efficiency. Erilisa is adept at orchestrating large-scale meetings and travel and serving as the executive’s trusted partner in driving organizational goals. Erilisa has a BS in Business Administration. She enjoys riding motorcycles, the culinary arts and is recognized as a great cook amongst her friends and family. Her sports team of choice is the Ravens, and she tries to get a couple of games in every season.
