Education Project Manager (Contract)

The Product Manager strategically prioritizes, plans, and measures current and potential education and training products that are in support of the overall FARE Education strategy. This role uses business strategy, data analysis, user experience research, partner feedback, and technology to ensure a seamless experience for B2B and B2C clients. The Product Manager has the primary responsibility of defining all products and programs, as well as their benefits and metrics, and developing resources that communicate this information for various stakeholders. This role will report directly to the Sr. Director Voice of Patient (VOP) at FARE and will work inside the Education department, working closely with FARE’s Strategic Partnerships. Marketing/Communication, and Research departments. The Product Manager strategically prioritizes, plans, and measures current and potential education and training products that are in support of the overall FARE Education strategy and the development objectives of the Corporate Strategic Partnerships team.

Success in this role will be measured by the ability to impact high-level metrics (measured through revenue, quarterly conversion targets) in a timely fashion (measured through project planning, tracking, and budgets) that address a real market need (measured by lead generation), all while working well and closely with others (measured by internal and external performance reviews ).
