Chief of Staff and Mission Integration

Craig Fontenot is the Chief of Staff and Mission Integration at FARE.  He serves as a strategic extension of the CEO’s office—translating organizational vision into aligned, enterprise-wide execution. Working closely with the Office of the COO, his role helps drive operational focus and mission clarity across FARE’s core functions, including programs, marketing, advocacy and development leading efforts to build partnerships with corporate and philanthropic organizations that deliver mission supporting revenue.  With a deep background that blends marketing, communications, fundraising, and innovation, Craig has served as the Chief Storytelling & Revenue Officer at Blue Star Families where he achieved 55% revenue growth in less than two years. He has also held executive roles at the National Parks Conservation Association (NPCA) and AARP, leading advocacy communications, marketing, membership campaigns, fundraising, digital marketing, and DEI initiatives. Craig holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Southern Methodist University.
