Food Allergy Fundamentals

This comprehensive medical curriculum aims to reduce disparities in healthcare access by providing a roadmap for the optimal care of patients with food allergies.

About the Course

The Food Allergy Fundamentals curriculum expands on the Food Allergy Primer published in 2020 in the Journal of Food Allergy. The complete curriculum comprises one introductory module and 27 study modules of 30-60 minutes each.

Every food-allergic individual deserves excellent care and treatment, but many of the more than 32 million Americans living with food allergies do not have access to healthcare professionals trained in food allergy. Through the Food Allergy Fundamentals curriculum, FARE seeks to bridge this gap and raise the quality of care available to food-allergic patients nationwide.
