Kelsey Patterson, RD

Kelsey Patterson is a Registered Dietitian with Michigan State University (MSU) Culinary Services. Kelsey received her Master of Public Administration with an emphasis in Nonprofit Leadership from Western Michigan University (WMU), as well as a B.S. in Nutrition from WMU. She completed her dietetic internship at the University of Michigan Hospitals. Prior to working at MSU, she was a Registered Dietitian for WMU dining services. She has also worked within the clinical nutrition field, but her passion is with all aspects of nutrition related to College and University foodservice.
