Addressing Food Allergens in Restaurants: Training and Legislation

In this webinar, the National Restaurant Association's David Crownover and FARE's VP of Advocacy, George Dahlman, will discuss the efforts currently underway to train restaurants and their staff about food allergies. 

David Crownover, ServSafe Product Manager, will also discuss the impetus for the NRA's ServSafe Allergens Online training program, provide an overview of what is covered in the training, and talk about future initiatives. 

George Dahlman will give an overview of FARE's efforts to address food allergies in restaurants through future legislative efforts and describe how you can help become an advocate in this endeavor. The slides from the presentation can be viewed here.
