Anxiety is more common among those of us battling food allergies. As parents, you may see your child’s food allergy anxiety affect their day-to-day activities and even prevent them from doing everyday things. In this webinar, FARE’s Dr. Kelly Cleary and Your Food Allergy Counselor founder Tamara Hubbard, licensed clinical professional counselor, will teach strategies to manage your parental anxiety about food allergies in ways that can help your child navigate this disease and cope more effectively with stressors that arise. Because we can never eliminate the anxiety surrounding food allergies, let’s focus on empowering individuals and families to shift their mindsets.
