Jessica Brooks, RDN, LDN
Jessica has earned two degrees: a bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management from Georgia Southern University and a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Science, Dietetics from the University of Georgia. She completed an internship in dietetics at Georgia Southern. She is ServSafe Certified and is an AllerTrain Master Trainer, which allows her to train Sodexo staff to provide safe and delicious food for students, faculty and staff with food allergies. Her dietetic philosophy emphasizes preparing meals from scratch with the finest possible ingredients. Here, at FSU, she advocates for this principle as FSU is on the forefront of nutrition and food service. Her motto “nutrition is the cornerstone to a healthy quality of life” allows people to eat right and take these principles beyond FSU.
