Cindy Baswell

Cindy Baswell has worked at Michigan State University for almost 30 years – all in Culinary Services.  She has held positions as Assistant Dining Manager, Dining Manager, Menu and Recipe Development Coordinator, and is currently the Production/Operations Manager for MSU Bakers.  Cindy has an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts from Oakland Community College, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Food and Nutrition from Michigan State University.
