Senior Grants Manager
The Senior Grants Manager is an integral member of FARE’s 5-member research team, reporting to the VP of Clinical Operations and working closely with the Chief Finance Officer. The incumbent will coordinate the development, administrative management, reporting and closeout of grants and other programmatic investments. The position is responsible for ensuring the organization’s grant-making and related processes, documents, procedures, and implementation are executed professionally, efficiently, expeditiously, and in a manner consistent with best practices.
Key programs within the organization’s grant portfolio include:
- The FARE Clinical Network, a consortium of ~50 academic medical centers that are supported by a Data Coordination Center and Biobank and Biomarker Discovery Center
- An Investigator Awards Program to support new and mid-career researchers dedicated to food allergy
- The FARE Innovation Award Diagnostic Challenge, a multi-million-dollar competition designed to promote the development of innovative and accessible diagnostic tools for food allergy
