Rochelle L’Italien MS, RDN, LD

Rochelle is the Registered Dietitian for Dining Services at the University of New Hampshire and has been with UNH since 1992. She received her degree in nutrition from UNH in 1988, with a minor in physical education and a Master’s degree from Boston University in 1990. In her current role she works with the executive chefs in the dining halls for recipe and menu compliance, assists guests with specific nutrition concerns, provides nutrition education in a variety of ways and is active in many campus initiatives including basic need support for students. Rochelle is also a Registered Yoga Teacher and blends this specialty into her nutrition practice to creatively assist people in reaching their personal goals.
