Your Passport to Safe Travel: Traveling the Globe with Food Allergies

Our presenter will discuss how she has traveled the globe with a life-threatening peanut allergy, covering topics such as planning before you go on your trip and tips for successful food allergy travel. Our presenter will discuss some of the lessons she has learned in her travels to Africa, Australia, Canada, Greece, Mexico, Turkey, and within the United States.
Lori Enriquez is a registered dietitian and a certified health education specialist with dual Bachelors of Science degrees in Nutrition & Food Science and Information Systems from Drexel University graduating and with a Master in Public Health from the Temple University. With an allergy to peanuts and gluten intolerance, Lori is an active contributor in the nutrition community, a member of the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics, Pennsylvania Dietetic Association, and a lifelong FARE member.
