Jenna Yost

Education and Health Manager

Jenna began working for FARE in May of 2020. As a health education and research manager, Jenna contributes to the design of formative research to understand knowledge, attitudes, beliefs and behaviors among the food allergy community and other target audiences. She assists with the implementation and evaluation of key FARE programs, including DEIA initiatives that examine the impact of food allergy on underserved communities. She accomplishes this by developing research surveys, analyzing and interpreting findings to inform community programming decisions made by organizational leadership. Jenna received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Mary Washington and her master’s degree from George Mason University.  Jenna’s previous experience includes behavioral research at Johns Hopkins University and the University of Virginia, clinical research experience at Inova Fairfax Hospital, and program evaluation/consulting for non-profit organizations. She now resides in Burke, VA and enjoys playing volleyball and spending time with her Goldendoodle puppy.
