Food Services Food Allergy Poster

FAAN now has a new poster available designed to remind food service staff about food allergy. In addition to listing common allergen-causing foods, it also prompts staff to refer concerns to the chef or manager, to review ingredients, and to beware of cross-contact during food preparation.
