Ingredients

Flour tortillas
Cooking spray
Apple pie spice

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°. Coat tortillas with
cooking spray. Sprinkle with apple pie
spice. Cut into wedges and bake about 8
minutes, or until crisp. Allow to cool. Serve
with Peach Dip.

Peach Dip

1 pound frozen peaches, defrosted
2 T. sugar
2 T. lemon juice
3/4 cup strawberries, stems removed,
hulled, and diced

Combine peaches, sugar, and lemon juice
in a blender and process until smooth.
Strain into a small bowl, using a rubber
spatula to press puree through. Discard
solids. Stir in strawberries. Serve.
Refrigerate leftovers.
