Sandwich Spread

Ingredients
2 potatoes, cooked, peeled, and mashed
2 tsp. light corn syrup
2 tsp. mustard powder
1 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 T. coarse ground black pepper
1 cup olive oil
3 T. lime juice
Directions
In food processor, add potatoes, corn syrup, mustard and onion powder, salt, and pepper. Begin processing, and gradually add oil, and lime juice. Process until spreading consistency is achieved. Keep refrigerated.
