Reindeer Cupcakes

Ingredients
Cupcakes:
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup warm water
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 T. water, 1 1/2 T. oil, 1 tsp. baking powder, mixed together
2 tsp. vanilla extract
allowed candies
mini pretzels
Chocolate Buttercream Frosting:
1 lb. confectioners sugar
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup milk-free margarine, softened
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin tin with paper liners. In large bowl, stir together dry ingredients. Whisk in wet ingredients, mixing well. Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin, 2/3 full. Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Frost with Chocolate Buttercream Frosting. To make frosting, in medium bowl, beat all frosting ingredients together with electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
Use allowed candies or tinted frosting to create eyes, nose, and mouth on top of cupcake. Give your reindeer antlers by inserting the bottom half of 2 mini pretzels into the top right and left side of the "face".

How many cupcakes does it make?
It makes a little over a dozen good sized cupcakes. The frosting however makes enough for at least 2 dozen cupcakes (and is AMAZING just for the record)
