Ingredients

1 T. yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 425°. Lightly grease baking sheet. Combine all ingredients to make dough. Knead the dough until soft, 5 to 10 minutes. (It should be easy to handle. If not, add more flour.) Shape into traditional pretzel shapes, or other shapes such as letters or numbers. Place on cookie sheet and bake 10 minutes.

    Thank you so much for this recipe, but my question is: "Does the pretzels that we buy from stores have any dairy porduct?

    Just went shopping for the first time today since my son was tested for allergies, and yes, I am pretty sure they do!

    Superbrands pretzels (black box) has egg, dairy, peanut, & tree nut free pretzels. As always, we always call first but we have had great luck with this brand.
