Orange Buttercream Drop Cookies

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk-free margarine, softened
1/3 cup confectioners sugar
1 1/2 T. water, 1 1/2 T. oil, 1 tsp. baking powder, mixed together
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp. orange extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease cookie sheet and set aside. In small bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. In large bowl, with an electric mixer on medium speed, cream together margarine and confectioners sugar for 5 minutes. Beat in water, oil, and baking powder mixture. Beat in flour mixture, orange juice, and orange extract. Dough will be soft and sticky. Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake 10 minutes, or until bottoms are lightly browned. Cool completely on wire racks. Prepare Orange Buttercream Frosting. Dip tops of cooled cookies into Orange Buttercream Frosting.
