No-Fuss Spicy Chickpeas

Ingredients
1 (19-oz.) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 T. olive oil
2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil. Set aside. In small bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well to coat peas. Spread peas onto prepared baking sheet. Bake 1 hour 15 minutes, or until peas are golden and crisp.

Love this! Easy, healthy and even my picky non-allergic kid loves 'em! Best reciepe I've found in a long time! Thank you!!
Just a note that if you are allergic to peanuts...you may be allergic to chickpeas. My son is allergic to peanuts and we learned the hard way that he is also allergic to chickpeas....they are all part of the legume family.
Luckily, my son is ok with chickpeas but allergic to both peanuts and almonds
My son is okay with peanuts but is highly allergic to chickpeas among other things.
