Ingredients

2 cantaloupes or honeydew melons
2 3-oz packages of gelatin, any flavors

Directions

Prepare gelatin according to
package instructions in two
separate containers. Cut melons
in half, scooping out seeds in the
center. Make a thin horizontal slice
from the bottom of each melon half
so that each melon half can stand
upright. After gelatin has cooled,
pour into a measuring cup with a
spout and pour into melon halves.

Refrigerate until set, at least three hours.
To serve, cut melon into wedges.
