Ingredients

1 1/2 cups water
3 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 (6-oz.) can frozen juice concentrate,
any flavor

Directions

Line 8-inch pan with aluminum foil; set aside. Pour water into medium saucepan.
Sprinkle gelatin over water. Let stand 1 minute. Move pan to stove and bring mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat. Stir in frozen juice concentrate until concentrate is melted. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Cover and chill in refrigerator several hours, until firm. Invert the gelatin mixture onto a cutting board. Remove foil. Use cookie cutters or a table knife to cut into shapes or squares.
