Herb Biscuits

Ingredients
1/3 cup brown rice flour
1/3 cup potato starch
1/3 cup tapioca flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dried rosemary
1/2 tsp. ground thyme
1/4 tsp. dried dill
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. xanthan gum
dash of salt
1/4 cup shortening
1/3 cup water
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°. In large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Cut in shortening using a fork. Add water and stir. Dust surface with tapioca flour. Using clean hands, gently press out dough to 1/2-inch thick. Using a small drinking glass or a 1 1/2-inch round biscuit cutter, cut out biscuits. Place onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes, or until lightly brown.
