Greek Veggie Pita Pockets

Ingredients
2 T. olive oil
1/2 T. fresh tarragon, chopped
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion salt
dash coarse black pepper
3/4 cup romaine lettuce, thinly sliced
1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and finely chopped
1/2 cup tomato, finely chopped
1/4 cup pitted black olives, chopped
4 (6-inch) pita breads, halved
Directions
In small bowl, whisk together oil, tarragon, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, onion salt, and pepper until well combined. Set aside. In medium bowl, combine lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and olives. Drizzle in oil mixture, stirring to coat. Spoon mixture into pita breads and serve.
