Ingredients

3 T. light brown sugar
2 T. white vinegar
1 T. oil
1 tsp. mustard
3/4 lb. cooked ham, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 cups cherry tomatoes
1 green pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch chunks
skewers

Directions

Preheat grill. In medium bowl, combine brown sugar, vinegar, oil, and mustard.
Set aside.

Thread ham, tomatoes, and pepper alternately onto skewers. Heat grill and
coat grill grate with cooking spray. Place skewers on grill and brush with sugar
mixture. Grill about 7 minutes, turning frequently and basting often, until heated
through and richly glazed.
