Ingredients

4 cups confectioners sugar
1/2 cup plus 2 T. milk-free margarine, softened
2 T. water
dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
food coloring (optional)

Directions

In medium bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed, beat together confectioners sugar, margarine, water, and salt until smooth and fluffy. Beat in vanilla extract. Stir in food coloring, if desired.
