Chocolate Mousse Pudding Pie

Ingredients

1 package milk-free, nut-free chocolate chips
2 packages firm tofu
1/2 cup corn or rice syrup
1 graham cracker crust

Directions

Melt chocolate chips in microwave on 50% power one minute at a time; stirring in between, until completely melted Put chocolate mix, tofu, and corn syrup into food processor. Blend on high setting until all the ingredients are mixed together in a pudding consistency with no lumps. (Do this while the chocolate mix is still hot or it will clump). Pour mixture into pie crust and refrigerate until cool.
