Bach Cúc Beef Jerky, Inc. is recalling approximately 3,874 pounds of teriyaki beef jerky product due to undeclared wheat.
The products were distributed to retail establishments nationwide.
The recall affects 8-oz. packages of “Bach Cúc Teriyaki Beef Jerky” and 10-lb. cases of “Bach Cúc Teriyaki Beef Jerky” produced between January 2010 and Dec. 29, 2010. Each product bears the establishment number “EST. 18995A” inside the USDA mark of inspection.
