Soy & Wheat Allergy Alert: Bui Natural Tofu

Bui Natural Tofu is recalling “Shrimp Salad Roll” and “Vegetarian Salad Roll” due to undeclared soy and wheat.  

The product was distributed to retail stores in the Portland metropolitan area of Oregon under BUI “fresh from the bean” brand.

The products are packaged in a tray with clear plastic wrapper, and are coded with a white sticker containing expiration date from 9/2 through 9/13. The “Shrimp Salad Roll” is identified by UPC 8 95467 00203 8 and the Vegetarian Salad Roll is identified by UPC 8 95467 00204 5.

Consumers may return the product to the place of purchase for a refund. Consumers with questions may contact the company at (503) 803-3059 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. PT.
