Registration Fees
Registration fee includes all-day conference, lunch, refreshment breaks, and literature. Other meals, hotel accommodations, and parking are not included.

Conference Registration Eligible for Health Spending Account
Registration fees and transportation expenses associated with FAAN’s 19th Annual Food Allergy Conference are considered an eligible health-related expense under medical flexible spending account regulations. This is because the FAAN conference is related to either your medical condition (if you yourself have food allergy) or the medical condition of your dependent child. If you have a flexible spending account with your employer, you may file for reimbursement for the conference registration fee, along with transportation expenses. (You cannot be reimbursed for meals and lodging, however.)
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received three days in advance of the conference date in order to obtain a refund (i.e., the Tuesday before the conference by 5:30 p.m. ET). After that time, no refunds will be issued. FAAN will ship conference materials to fully paid registrants who are unable to attend.
