Milk and Soy Allergy Alert: Jerry's Foods

Jerry’s Foods is recalling “County Market Beef Summer Sausage” and “County Market Beef Summer Sausage with Jalapenos” due to undeclared milk and soy.   

The products were sold at a retail store owned by Jerry’s Foods in Wisconsin. They were produced July 12, 2011, and packaged on July 14, 2011.

The recall affects 12-oz. (chub) packages of “County Market Beef Summer Sausage” and “County Market Beef Summer Sausage with Jalapenos” in burgundy-colored casing with establishment number “EST. 7777” inside the USDA mark of inspection. The products bear a use by/sell by date of “9/10/11.”
