FAAN is here to help you and to help your patients. The health professional membership is designed for physicians, nurses, dietitians, nutritionists, researchers, and other health professionals. Health professional members receive the following:

  • 3 copies of each issue of Food Allergy News:  This 12-page newsletter, published bi-monthly, is packed with practical tips and strategies for managing food allergies, allergen-free recipes, and the latest on food allergy research and legislative efforts. Whether you want advice on dining out, managing a birthday party, reading food labels, or sending your child to school, child care, or camp, you will find it here. Check out a sample newsletter issue.
  • 3 copies of each issue of Food Allergy News for Kids: This four-page newsletter is written exclusively for, and mailed directly to, children. Published every other month, it is loaded with fun and games, and includes stories and tips from children about how they handle their allergies.
  • Bulk pricing: Order FAAN products at reduced rates when you order them in bulk for your office.
  • Business card: Help your patients learn how to manage their food allergies by getting them in touch with FAAN. Give them a FAAN business card so they have our contact information at the tips of their fingers.
  • 10 copies of FAAN’s resource catalog: Managing Food Allergies, and 10 copies of the “About FAAN” flier to educate patients about what we offer (additional copies are available on request).
  • 3 laminated copies of FAAN’s How to Read a Label sheet: This handy reference tool lists ingredients that indicate the presence of common allergens in packaged foods.
  • Reproducible copy of FAAN’s Food Allergy Action Plan: Complete this form to ensure that your patients and school staff know what to do if a reaction occurs.
