Food Allergy Training for College Food Services

FAAN's Food Allergy Training Guide for College and University Food Services program provides the necessary tools and information to train food service staff to safely prepare and serve food to students with food allergies. 

The comprehensive includes a CD-ROM and a DVD. The CD-ROM includes a training manual, label-reading information, sample forms, and two posters. The DVD was originally designed for restaurant training, and reinforces key messages found on the CD-ROM and may be used as a training tool for food service staff.
