Pure Encapsulations is recalling “Pure Encapsulations PreNatal Nutrients” due to undeclared egg.
The product was distributed nationwide under the brand name “Pure Encapsulations” through healthcare practitioners.
The product is packaged in 60- and 120-count white HDPE plastic bottles with lot numbers 3560111A and 3560111B and best by date 01/13.
Consumers may return the product to the place of purchase for a refund. Consumers with questions may contact the company at (800) 753-2277, ext. 335, Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
