Education & Awareness
FARE’s educational and awareness initiatives reach parents, children, young adults, grandparents, educators, health professionals, members of the restaurant and food industry and others in an effort to teach individuals how to effectively manage their food allergies, how to keep individuals with food allergies safe and how to help reduce the number of food allergy reactions that occur.
FARE has a vast array of educational materials ranging from training materials for school professionals to storybooks for children. Our programs include annual Food Allergy Conferences and an annual Teen Summit.
Other educational and awareness resources include training programs for food service staff, schools, and child care centers, as well as multimedia resources and peer education materials.
